Whistler Turkey Trot - Lost Lake Park, October 12, 2025

The Whistler Turkey Trot is the 8th annual Whistler Thanksgiving running event held in Lost Lake Park, Whistler, BC. The event was conceived by the Whistler Friends Society and is organized by SEA2SKY Events. It takes place on local trails and supports Crohn's and Colitis Canada and the Whistler Food Bank.

Course, logistics and registration

The course uses a mix of gravel trail and single-track surfaces (single track on the 10 km). The event offers a measured course, an on-route water station for the 10 km, a finishers medal, a finish clock (no chip timing) and post-run snacks and hot drinks. No official results will be recorded or displayed. Bag check is available at participants' own risk.

A new 5 km route for 2025 is noted as more accessible. Strollers and leashed dogs are permitted only in the 5 km; strollers must be suitable for light trail use. Bib pickup is available the evening before in Whistler Village and onsite at the Lost Lake PassivHaus. Entries are non-refundable; a transfer option is available until one week prior. The event listing shows the event is full. Fundraising listed $976.55 raised of a $1,500 goal (65%). Registration includes a run bib and a $5 donation to Crohn's and Colitis Canada.
