Whistler Turkey Trot

The Whistler Turkey Trot is the 8th annual running event held on October 12, 2025, in Lost Lake Park (Lost Lake PassivHaus area), Whistler, BC. The event is stewarded by SEA2SKY Events and was originally conceived by the Whistler Friends Society. Two distances are offered:

  • 5 km - Drumstick Dash
  • 10 km - Gravy Burner

Race details

Both courses use local trails with a surface mix of gravel trail and single track (single track on the 10 km). The course is measured and the 10 km includes an on-route water station. Registration includes a run bib, a $5 donation to Crohn's and Colitis Canada, a finishers medal, a finish clock (no chip timing and no official results), and post-run snacks and hot drinks. Strollers suitable for light trail use and leashed dogs are permitted only in the 5 km distance. Bib pickup is available the evening before in Whistler Village and onsite at the Lost Lake Passive Haus. Entries are non-refundable; a transfer option is available until one week prior to the event.
