The 2025-26 season features six races, each covering 5 to 6 miles of hilly, challenging terrain. The league is exclusive to fully paid-up members of 17 affiliated local clubs, emphasizing team and individual competition with awards across multiple age categories.

Races are chip-timed and do not allow headphones or dogs, ensuring a focused and competitive atmosphere. Facilities are basic, with toilets available but no water stations or changing rooms.
