West Glamorgan XC League at Tairgwaith

The West Glamorgan XC League concludes its 2025/2026 series with Round 5, held in Tairgwaith. This cross-country event is hosted by Neath Harriers and takes place at the Amman Valley Trotting Club. The race follows a single distance:

The event utilizes a pre-registration system, and there are no entries available on the day of the race. Participation is restricted to club members, as guest runners are not permitted to compete. During the entry process, participants must specify their gender and their respective team. Affiliated runners are required to provide their Welsh Athletics URN at the time of registration to receive the discounted entry rate.

The course terrain is such that running spikes are prohibited. Trail shoes are recommended for participants, though they are not a mandatory requirement. Both men and women start the race simultaneously.

The venue at the Amman Valley Trotting Club provides free parking for attendees. On-site facilities include a cafe for refreshments.
