Margam Wild Trail Runs

The Margam Wild Trail Runs take place within the grounds of Margam Country Park in Wales. These off-road routes are designed to showcase the landscape of the park, with the shortest distance featuring a scenic lap around the local castle. The event is open to runners of various ages depending on the chosen distance. Participants aged 11 and over can enter the shortest race, while the 10 km requires runners to be at least 15, and the half marathon is open to those aged 17 and over.

This event is canicross friendly, allowing participants to run with one controlled dog. All participants will have their efforts recorded via live chip timing. Upon crossing the finish line, runners receive an event medal, various merchandise, and a drink and snack. Participants also have the option to purchase an exclusive event t-shirt during the registration process. Limited on-site parking is available at the venue for a set fee.
