Ultramarathon routes descend to Talybont Reservoir, climb Tor y Foel, pass Craig y Fan Ddu, and continue west over Fan Fawr and Fan Llia. The 75K turns north toward Craig Cerrig Glesiad, while the 100K continues into the Black Mountain, topping Fan Brycheiniog and then traversing additional summits before rejoining the 75K line above Craig Cerrig Glesiad.
