Wawayanda Trail Fest : Overview
Wawayanda Trail Fest is a trail running event held at Wawayanda State Park boat launch in Hewitt, New Jersey. The event offers multiple distances and uses a single full loop of trail that is described as "26+ miles." The course includes rhododendron tunnels, marsh bridges, gravel road and single-track sections, with only two road crossings and both located inside the park. Parking and the start/finish area are at the boat ramp / boathouse parking lot.

Course routing:
- The Half Marathon is one loop, approximately 13–14 miles.
- The 50K follows the full loop (north and south).
- The 50 Mile is the full loop twice plus the south loop.
- The 100K is the full loop twice.
Aid stations and support:
- Three aid stations: Maraschino, BaseCamp, and Thirsty Dog (water only).
- Maraschino is about 7 miles into the first loop and does not allow crews, spectators or drop bags.
- BaseCamp is adjacent to the start/finish and parking area and is the only aid station where crews, pacers and spectators may assist.
- The Half visits Maraschino only; the 50K visits four aid stations; the 50 Mile visits seven aid stations.

- Pacers are allowed for the 50K, 50 Mile and 100K at specified miles; pacers are not allowed for the Half Marathon.
- Camping on site is available Friday night for a fee per group.
- Every finisher receives a finisher award; top awards are given to the top three in Non-Binary, Female and Male divisions for each distance.
