Water Gap 50k and Half

The event takes place Saturday, Sep 26, 2026 in Milford, PA. The McDade Trail will serve as the course; the trail is 32 miles point to point and traverses the Delaware Water Gap, which features the Delaware River framed by thousand foot hillsides and local historical sites.

The course surface varies from a rail-trail feeling cinder path to singletrack. The route is described as non-technical and rolling and runs through scenic fall landscape with links to Native and Early American history. Distances offered are listed below.

Each entry fee covers event production, a finishers item (planned full color pint glass or cup), post-race food, and an event T. Event T sizes are guaranteed only for registrants before Sept 1. Five dollars from each entry is donated to those maintaining the trails used for the race.

Organizers typically do not refund entry fees but provide a rollover or transfer policy to other events they run. They may consider refunds in exceptional cases if a runner cannot use a transfer.
