The TRSA Trail Championship takes place at Mount Bold Reservoir Reserve in Kangarilla, South Australia on 12 October 2025. The course runs through native vegetation, stringybark and manna gum woodlands, swamps and creeks around the reservoir. Mount Bold covers over 5,500 ha and supports local wildlife, including more than 160 native animals. The event includes championship racing and an extra-long distance; the long course is a UTMB® Index race and an ITRA National Challenge event (the long course attracts 1 ITRA point).

Practical information
Race features include drink stations and nutrition, prizes for championship placegetters, post-race lunch option at Anvers Wines, and a members-only random draw. Drink stations are placed at multiple kilometre marks and are passed twice on out-and-back sections; water and lollies are provided. Participants must provide their own hydration vessel (the event is cup-free) and carry a mobile phone. Bibs are picked up at the registration area on the morning of the event. Car pooling is encouraged and parking is on a clearing alongside Mount Bold Road. Entries close on 9 October 2025; pricing varies by distance and member status, with member early-bird offers.
