TrailFest - Salcey Forest is a multi-distance trail running event on 28 June 2026 organised by Big Bear Events. The event offers four distances:

Course, kit and rules
Routes use similar forest sections on well maintained pathways with mainly crushed stone or trodden forest floor. There is no asphalt except two road crossings for the longer events. Road shoes may be possible in typical conditions; a light trail shoe is recommended for the uneven stony surface. Dogs are not permitted. The event operates cupless water provision so entrants should carry their own cup or bottle; half marathon, marathon and 50 km entrants must carry a container of at least 200 ml. Crew are allowed; pacers are not permitted except in the final 100 m. An overall evening cut-off applies and the 50 km has an 11-hour limit.
