Course Details

The routes use well-maintained forest pathways. The surface is primarily crushed stone or well-trodden forest floor, with no asphalt except for two road crossings on the longer routes. If conditions are wet, some sections over grassland may be soft. The event is cupless, meaning participants must bring their own cup or bottle for drinks at aid stations.

The closest train station is in Northampton, and the venue is approximately 18 minutes from there and 9 minutes from Junction 15 of the M1.

Participant Information

Dogs are not permitted at the event. Cut-off times are generous, with a final cut-off at 19:00 for all distances. Mandatory kit varies by distance: a cup or bottle capable of holding at least 200ml is mandatory for the half marathon, marathon, and 50 km events, and strongly recommended for the 10 km. Crews are allowed, but pacers are not permitted to run alongside participants on the course.
