Trail Running Training Session - Newburn

The Trail Running Training Session in Newburn, hosted by Wild Deer Events, is designed for all fitness levels, whether new to trail running or looking to improve. The session takes place at Newburn Leisure Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, covering 5 to 7 miles with interval training over approximately 75 minutes. The course offers a supportive atmosphere for runners to develop their skills.

This session is free for Wild Deer Running Club members and costs £5 for non-members. Note that the session is not suitable for cani-cross participants.
