The 5th Annual Trail Days event takes place in Damascus, Virginia on May 17, 2026. The program includes three races, with the Trail Days Half Marathon added for 2026. The races are part of the Appalachian Trail Days Festival and are based in Damascus, with a listed location at 200 S Beaver Dam Ave.

Each race follows an out and back course on the Virginia Creeper Trail. Timing is provided by We Run Events. Shirts and finishers awards are available for participants in every event.

The day also features a full afternoon of music, food trucks and many vendors in Damascus Town Park, which accompanies the race activities and festival setting.
