Thunder Chicken 100K Stage Races is a three day trail running stage race held May 15-17, 2026, hosted by Terrain Trail Runners at Greensfelder County Park near Wildwood, Missouri. The event uses the Beulah Shelter as its base and links Greensfelder with the Rockwoods trail systems.

Stage 1 (about 21 miles) traverses Fossil Ridge, Deer Run and Rockwoods Range trails with roughly 2,650 feet of cumulative elevation gain, rocky and rooty footing, and multiple creek crossings. Stage 2 (about 26 miles) covers extensive singletrack and steep climbs in Rockwoods Reservation with about 4,150 feet of gain and technical sections. Stage 3 (about 25K) highlights Greensfelder flow trails with 1,850 feet of gain and a final steep climb before the finish.

There will be at least one aid station per stage. Race registration includes a custom cotton/poly t-shirt, stage medals, and a custom belt buckle for all three day finishers. Post-race food and beer are provided; Stage 3 features a taco bar. The event is cup free as part of a zero waste pledge and partners with the Trail Mix Fund to waive fees for some applicants.
