Event Overview

The Wingerworth Wobble is a trail race over a distance of 4.66 miles. The undulating course passes through countryside south of Wingerworth, using a mixture of footpaths across fields, hills, woodland trails, and short road sections. The route is marked and marshalled.

Event Details

The race starts at 10:30. The finish chute is on a runnable hill. All finishers receive a medal. Free car parking is available at The Barley Mow pub and on adjoining estate roads. The race is under permit from the Association of Running Clubs.

After the Event

Refreshments, included in the entry cost, are available after the race, along with a raffle. Funds are raised for Deer Park Primary School and other worthy causes. A presentation and prize-giving takes place at the race headquarters after runners finish.
