The SPRING SPRUNG 5k-10k 10K Ruck and Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, in Ballwin, MO at Queeny Park (550 Weidman Rd, 63011). The event is organized by Rockinator Racing. Race distances offered include:

Course and race features
The course uses paved pedestrian pathways and Wildwood Park trails, including a tunnel and the West Wildwood Bridge. The 5K follows one loop; the 10K is two laps of the 5K course; the half marathon covers two laps on a different route with recorded splits for turnarounds. Aid stations are provided at mile 2 and mile 4, and an additional aid station at mile 6 for the half marathon. The event includes professional chip timing, a fully marked course, podium awards and medals for top finishers by age group and overall, a race T-shirt (guaranteed for registrations by April 30), a Rockinator Racing neck buff, race snacks and drinks, free event photos, and finish line video. Packet pickup is available race morning at Wildwood Pub from 6:45 am to 7:45 am. Fundraising proceeds are noted for the Rockwoods School District Cross Country program.
