The SPRING SPRUNG 5k 10k 10K Ruck and Half Marathon

The event is organized by Rockinator Racing at Queeny Park in Ballwin, Missouri, at 550 Weidman Rd, 63011. Races start and finish at the Racers Village near the Smith Pavilion and use trails in the park.

The course follows marked trails consisting of packed gravel and some asphalt through shady, rolling sections of the park. Multiple events use repeated laps of the same 5K loop. A racers village aid station provides water, sports drink, and light snacks; it is available for events that pass the village on multiple laps.

Timing and services include professional chip timing and a timing mat at the racers village that records splits for multi lap events. Participants receive a finishers medal and event items that include a Rockinator Racing backpack and a soft spun T shirt. Podium awards are given to the top three in each age group: 1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 plus. Free action photos and finish line video are provided. The event notes a request for donations to the Rockwoods School District Cross Country program with 100 percent of proceeds applied to equipment and program support. Trail runs nearby

A three day stage trail race in Wildwood, Missouri from May 15 to 17, 2026. It covers roughly 21 miles, 26 miles and about 25K across Rockwoods and Greensfelder trails with creek crossings and scenic bluffs.

A trail race at Pere Marquette State Park in Grafton, IL offering 12.5K, 25K, and 50K on technical bluff and ravine trails. Solo and Buddy divisions are available; registration closes May 15 and refunds are not offered.

Operation GRANITE X at Tri-Township Park on May 16, 2026 uses repeated 6 mile loops made of three 2 mile laps. Two divisions are offered: a heavy, escalating weight format and an endurance format; entry totals $213.87.

Mud Factor returns to Brookdale Farms in Eureka, MO on June 6, 2026 with Adult and KIDZ Family Waves, required signed waivers and photo ID for adults, and a $10 cash spectator fee for festival access.
