Safety, kit and services
Cut-off points apply to the Ultra and Marathon routes for safety. Mandatory items for Ultra and Marathon routes include a waterproof jacket, mobile phone, at least 1 litre of water, 800 calories of food, self-adhesive bandage, whistle, foil blanket, hat or buff, a reusable cup and a GPX of the route.
