About the race
MTC Joust Races 2027 is a 24 hour multi lap running event held at Top Barn Camping, WR6 6NJ. Each lap is approximately 5.56 miles. The course is described as well marked and marshalled, easily navigable and relatively flat.
Participants may choose from a range of entry formats including solo and team categories, shorter durations, a children s entry, and non competitor camping options. Example entry types and published fees include J24 Solo at £90, J12 Solo at £80, J6 Solo at £70, J24 Team of 2 at £120, J24 Team of 3-5 at £285, J24 Team of 6-8 at £365, and a kiddies entry at £5. Camping related options include Friday or Saturday night non competitor camping pitches at £22 per night and single occupancy tent hire at £30. A deferral option is listed at £15.
Arrivals may be made on the night before or on the morning of the event to set up a pavilion or camp site. The central meeting point is the Lists area, named for historical joust tournaments and located in the middle of the campsite. The event is organised by Every Mile Counts Ltd.
