The Great Divide Ultra

The Great Divide Ultra is a trail running festival held June 6 to 7, 2026 in Divide, Colorado at Mueller State Park. The event offers these distances:

Races take place on a looped course through spring-fed meadows and granite rock formations with views of Pikes Peak and the surrounding mountains. The surface is entirely smooth single and double track, and the 100 mile course is composed of six 14.8 mile loops and one 10.5 mile loop. Elevation on course ranges from 9,189 feet to 9,743 feet. Total elevation gain is listed as 16,071 feet for the 100 mile and 8,500 feet for the 100k; the 50k and 25k gains are 4,200 and 2,100 feet respectively.

Aid stations are spaced about 4.3 to 6.1 miles apart, are crew accessible, allow drop bags, and are stocked with Tailwind, Muir Energy gels, snacks, fruit, soda, and warm food options. The 100 mile event has a 36 hour cutoff. A Dark Divide night run is scheduled to begin at sunset on Saturday, sharing trail with the longer races.
