The Great Divide Ultra : June 6–7, 2026, Divide, Colorado
The Great Divide Ultra is a multi-distance trail festival held on the rolling meadows of Mueller State Park in Divide, Colorado. The event includes the following distances:
- 100 mile
- 100k
- 50k
- 25k
The course is looped and runs entirely on smooth single- and double-track trail. The 100 mile format consists of six 14.8 mile loops and one 10.5 mile loop. Aid stations are placed roughly every 4.3 to 6.1 miles, are crew accessible, and allow drop bags. Aid stations are stocked with Tailwind, Muir Energy Gels, snacks, fruit, and soda; two stations offer warm cooked options.
Elevation on course ranges from 9,189 to 9,743 feet. Reported elevation gain values include about 16,071 feet for the 100 mile, 8,500 feet for the 100k, 4,200 feet for the 50k, and 2,100 feet for the 25k. The 100 mile event has a 36 hour cutoff. Emergency vehicles can access the course and aid stations are relatively close together.
Crew access is available at the Livery (start/finish) and Hart-Lee Homestead aid stations. Pacing is permitted for the 100 mile and 100k with specific location and timing rules. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the event at Colorado GearLab in Woodland Park.
