The Big 50 takes place on May 3, 2026, at F.D. Roosevelt State Park in Pine Mountain, Georgia. The race is organized by Revolution Running Company and uses the Pine Mountain Trail in a point-to-point format from the radio tower in Warm Springs to the Liberty Bell Pool area. This is the 10th edition of the event. Registration closes Thu, Apr 30.

The 50K course includes five aid stations at miles 5, 11, 16, 23, and 29. The 25K has two aid stations at miles 5 and 11. The 10K has no aid stations. All runners must carry some form of hydration. Crew access is allowed at all aid stations except the aid station at mile 5.

Bus service is available from the finish area to the radio tower start for runners who purchase a bus ticket; the 10K does not require a bus pass because its start and finish are at the same location. Runners who register by Apr 15 receive a Big 50 hat; all finishers receive a medal. Top three male and female finishers in each race receive overall awards, and the first overall finisher in each race receives a free entry to a 2027 Bootlegger Trail race.
