The Southern Fried 50/50 is a trail running event in Columbus, Georgia. It offers participants a choice of three distances: 25k, 50k, or 50 miles. The race starts at the Fall Line Trace trailhead on Psalmond Road.

The route follows trails including the Fall Line Trace, Dragonfly Trail, and the Columbus and Phenix City RiverWalk. The course passes by landmarks such as the Chattahoochee River, Columbus State University, and the National Infantry Museum.
