- 30K - three laps of the loop
- 50K+ - five laps of the loop
The course is a roughly 6.7 mile loop with approximately 1,750 feet of vertical ascent per loop. The 30K participants complete three loops; the 50K+ participants complete five loops. Time limits are stated for each distance: a 9 hour limit for the 30K and a 12 hour limit for the 50K+. The final loop of the 50K+ has a separate time cut-off. All official finishers in both distances receive a finishers award.
