Hot Chili Challenge
The Hot Chili Challenge takes place at Hillside Park in Andover, New Jersey on October 18, 2026. The event raises funds for a free mammography program and offers multiple running options and a kids fun run.

Registration fees listed for the events are $40.00 for the adult races and $10.00 for the Kids Fun Run. Kids aged 5 to 12 receive finisher medals only. Adult participants receive T shirts, Hobo bags and finisher medals.
Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers. Medals are awarded in ten year age groups. For the 8 Mile event the age groups are 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79 and 80 and over. For the 5K the age groups are 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79 and 80 and over.
On site food includes a variety of chili including vegetarian options, grilled hotdogs, fresh fruit and snacks. A Newater station on site provides H20 for 300 runners. Timing and race results are provided by Compuscore. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
