XC Summer Series, Parsippany NJ
The XC Summer Series is a weekly cross country 5K series held on Tuesday nights from April 28 through July 28, 2026, comprising a total of 13 races. The course runs through the old Greystone complex, now called Central Park, and is part of the Morris County Parks. The same area is used for high school cross country meets.
The series is intended to introduce cross country running to a wide audience. The course is open to all ages and all abilities and walkers are welcome. Races proceed regardless of weather.

- Child 5K
Day of payment is accepted by cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal, and day-of registration is available. Prices for race nights are Youth, high school or younger, $8 per night and Adult, older than school age, $10 per night. Prices for the full 13-race series are Youth $50 and Adult $85; the same series prices are available online. Participants receive a race chip and accurate timing each week. After-race refreshments are provided. No shirt or weekly awards will be given. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
