Event overview
Tame the Tower Trail Challenge takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Clarence Schock Memorial Park Education Center, 3283 Pinch Road, Lebanon, PA. The event offers two trail race distances and will be held regardless of weather; there are no refunds. One hundred percent of race proceeds will be directed to the park for trail maintenance, park safety measures, and improvements to the education center.
Course and logistics
The event features marked trail courses using two different colored ground flags. Both distances start and finish at the Clarence Schock Memorial Park Education Center. Parking is available at Governor Dick Park on a first-come, first-served basis; when that lot is full, participants will be redirected to a Mount Gretna lot with a van shuttle service. Race registration and number pick up occur at Governor Dick Park on race day. Registration closes on December 6, 2025.
- 10 mile - follow pink flags; about 1,500 feet total elevation gain
- 5 mile - follow yellow flags; about 850 feet total elevation gain
Awards include cash prizes for the top overall male and female in each distance, and recognition for top male and female finishers in each age group. Finish-line timing and results are provided by Pretzel City Sports. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
