The Blues Cruise is a trail ultramarathon held near Blue Marsh Lake in Reading, PA. The 2025 race marks the event's 20th anniversary. The main course is a roughly 31-mile loop that includes fields, rolling hills, single track, and under 0.5 miles of public roadway. The course includes one major climb called the "Ski Slope" with about 240 feet of vertical ascent and one optional water crossing that can be splashed through or crossed by bridge. The event uses themed, well-stocked aid stations and has a strictly enforced 9-hour time limit. The race is designated a Road Runners Club of America regional championship event.

- Blues Cruise Relay - teams of 2-4, four legs
Relay teams complete four legs of the course of approximately 6.8, 7.1, 13.3, and 4.7 miles. Relay teams should designate a captain; each relay member must register individually. Relay aid station support will be limited. All registered runners receive the post-race buffet; spectator access to the buffet is available for a fee. Dry camping is offered on a limited basis about 5 miles from the start. Aid stations 5 and 7 will have strict cutoffs; a sweep vehicle will be available for runners who are removed from the course.
