RunPA Trail Jamboree

RunPA Trail Jamboree is a weekend trail running event at Camp Mack in Newmanstown, PA on August 28 and 29, 2026. The program includes a night trail race, multi-hour endurance events on a looped course, and two kids race options. Camping is available on the site starting Friday evening and is free for participants.

The endurance events use a roughly 3.4 mile loop that is chip timed so laps are automatically counted. The loop includes single track and double track, roots, rocks, some grassy fields, and dirt and stone roads near the start and finish. Runners may complete as many loops as they wish within the event time limits and must finish any final lap before the time limit to have it counted. The night race is manually timed and requires a working light for running after dark.

Aid will be available at a main start/finish station offering water, electrolytes, and snacks; endurance runners are advised to be largely self sufficient on course. Pacers are permitted for endurance runners; a pacer registration option is offered and pacers do not receive event awards. Awards include overall male and female honors and finishers awards for endurance entrants. Littering is prohibited and may result in disqualification. There are no refunds, deferrals, or transfers.
