The Red Barn Challenge is a timed running event held at Marzella Farm in Lykens, PA, spanning two calendar days in early October 2026. The event uses chip timing and takes place on a one mile loop with roughly 70 feet of elevation gain per lap. The loop surface is mostly grass with sections of mulch and stone and runs around ponds and fields.

Aid station provisions include potatoes, rice, broth, hydration products including TAILWIND Hydration, and other typical ultra running foods. Camping is available all weekend, with campsites and parking located trackside. Awards are given to the top male and top female in each time bracket and additional participants are recognized. The race supports local organizations including the Wiconisco Fire Company and Our Valley's Area athletics programs. Refunds are available at 50% only until July 1, 2026.
