The Tahoe 100K is a 100-kilometer ultramarathon with a 24-hour cutoff time.
Course Details
The course takes place on singletrack trails deep in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Lake Tahoe. The event starts and finishes at Stagecoach Lodge in Stateline, Nevada, and uses National Forest Lands.
Key statistics for the course include:
- An elevation gain of 11,500 feet.
- A total elevation change of over 23,000 feet.
- A maximum altitude of 9,800 feet.
The route passes Star Lake, noted as Tahoe's highest alpine lake. There are three aid stations available to runners.
