Thunder Mountain 50K Trail Challenge

Trail Run at Sly Park in Pollock Pines offers trail distances from 5K to 50K around Jenkinson Lake with on-site registration, marked courses, aid stations, and finisher medals.

A largely off-trail peak-bagging event in Desolation Wilderness near South Lake Tahoe, offering 11-, 17- and 21-peak options on an unmarked route that requires navigation and mountaineering skills.

A point-to-point trail run around Emerald Bay of about 7 miles (approximately 11 to 12 km). The single-track course includes granite steps and moderate climbs and finishes at Lester Beach with shuttle service back to the start.

A student-run trail 5K in Zephyr Cove with an 800 meter kids run, creek and log crossings, medals, popsicles for kids, and student-designed shirts sold separately.
