The Stody Estate Trail Run takes place on 01/03/2026 at Stody Estate, Holt, with access to normally private estate trails through woodlands and fields, including a couple of inclines. Distances offered:
- 4 km
- 8 km
- 12 km
The event uses chip timing and provides eco-friendly medals, water stations, event photos, and free event parking. A refreshment zone will operate at Hunworth Village Hall offering bacon rolls, snacks, cakes, and hot drinks. Funds raised support Break, a charity for young people in care. Free charity places are available for participants who raise a minimum sponsorship of £50. Finishers’ sports T-shirts (S, M, L, XL) are available to buy for £15 to collect on the day.
Practical information
Entrants must be 8 years and older. Under 12s may only enter the 4 km route and must be accompanied by an adult. Junior categories include Under 14 (13 years and under) and Under 18 (17 years and under). Veterans are those aged 50 years and over. A special team rate is offered for teams of six runners.
There is car parking in the topped field next to the Hunny Bell pub (sat nav NR24 2EQ); parking at the pub or Village Hall requires prior arrangement. Dogs are not permitted on the course; dogs may attend if kept on a short lead. Toilets are available at the Village Hall and may be provided at the start/finish depending on weather. A bag drop will be available but will not be manned. Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred; transfers to another runner are allowed until 18/02/2026.
