The event is a 10 km trail race on 21/09/2025 running along the Marriott’s Way from Aylsham to Reepham. The course is flat and mostly off road on softer ground along a former railway line, passing through Norfolk countryside and finishing in Reepham Market Place. The race is sponsored by Orsted. Entry fees are listed as £18 affiliated, £20 unaffiliated, and a Corporate Challenge option at £65. Entries are non-refundable and the transfer window is closed. Some of the entry income is used to fund council community services and to support the Chairman’s chosen charity.
Logistics and facilities
There are five start waves separated by ten-minute intervals; waves are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and do not reflect predicted finishing times. Minimum age is 16. Race headquarters is at Woodgate Nursery, Cawston Road, Aylsham, Norwich NR11 6UH. Race numbers are posted to entrants; if a number does not arrive, it can be collected at race headquarters. A bag drop is provided at Woodgate Nursery and will be relocated after the race so bags can be collected at Reepham Market Place. Toilets are available at Woodgate Nursery and Reepham Market Place but not at the start line or at Reepham High School. Parking is advised at Woodgate Nursery, Aylsham or Reepham High School. A free shuttle bus for runners operates between the finish and the start with places on a first-come, first-served basis. Finisher items include a bespoke medal and a vest.
