The Stick Season Trail Run and Series

The Stick Season Trail Run and Series is a multi-date running series held at Rockwoods Reservation in Glencoe, Missouri. The series runs across three event dates between December 19, 2026 and February 13, 2027 and includes a half marathon finale.

Courses vary by date and include paved road sections and single-track trail with significant elevation gain. The series offers a mid-course shoe transition area through the racers village where participants can change footwear between surfaces.

Event services provided for participants include chip timing, numbered bibs, a fully marked course, drinks and snacks, instant results, and a Rockinator Racing neck buff and black T-shirt for participants in stand-alone races. All finishers at series events receive a finisher medal; finale points accumulate across races toward awards.

Finale awards recognize the top three male and female solo finishers and the top three teams, with an awards ceremony on the finale date and presentation of a custom Stick Trophy. Free course tracking is provided via the Race Joy app so spectators can follow runners in real time; event operations can also track runners and provide sag support if needed.
