The Sproul 10K is a trail race held in Sproul State Forest near North Bend and Hyner, Pennsylvania. The event starts and finishes at the Western Clinton Sportsman's Association Clubhouse, 161 Sportsman's Lane, North Bend PA 17760. The event date is June 20, 2026.

The course covers a 10K distance through mountain terrain. It includes about three miles of uphill running to the top of McCloskey Mountain, followed by roughly 3.5 miles of downhill. The route passes scenic vistas, stream crossings, and technical single track that requires careful footing.

The event is part of the Rocksylvania Trail Series Slate Division. A newly added 5K is offered as part of the Sandstone Division.

Registration opens December 18 at 8:00 PM and is limited to the first 300 entrants. Registration closes June 1. There are no race day sign ups. Race policies include no refunds, no deferrals, no bib switches, and no bandits. Dogs are not allowed on the course. All registered runners receive a technical shirt and a post race meal.
