The Sproul 10K is a trail race held in the mountains of Sproul State Forest at the Western Clinton Sportsman's Association Clubhouse in North Bend / Hyner, PA. The event includes a shorter 5K option alongside the main 10K.

The 10K course climbs about three miles to the top of McCloskey Mountain and then follows a descending route to the finish. The route features technical single track, stream crossings, and mountain vistas.

Registration opens in December and is limited to a fixed field of entrants. Registration closes June 1. There are no race day sign ups. Event rules state no refunds, no deferrals, no bib switches, and no bandits. Dogs are not allowed on the course. All registered runners receive a technical shirt and a post race meal. A trail 10 km at Zindel Park in McElhattan, PA, covering about 6.6 miles with 1,400 feet of climbing. The route follows local singletrack and service roads with parking at Restless Oaks and shuttle access to the course.
