Event Overview

The Sproul 10K is a trail running event. The 19th annual edition is scheduled for June 20, 2026. The event is also known as the "Toughest 10K in PA". The course involves a climb to the top of McCloskey Mountain and a descent to the finish. A 5K distance is also offered.

Race Details

The event is part of the Rocksylvania Trail Series. The 10K is in the Slate Division and the 5K is in the Sandstone Division. Registration is open to the first 300 runners. There is no race day registration. All registered participants receive a tech shirt and a post-race meal. The organizers state there are no refunds, deferrals, or bib transfers. Dogs are not allowed on the course.
