The Sinnemahone Ultra Trail Run takes place on October 18, 2025, in Emporium, PA. The race starts and finishes in Emporium and is based at the Cameron County Chamber of Commerce, 24 West Fourth Street, Emporium, PA 15834. The course includes rail-trail sections, dirt roads, and trails through the Elk State Forest in the PA Wilds. This is not a closed course. Aid stations are located on the course and food is provided after the event. A 50k relay team option is new for 2025.

Experience crisp fall trails at the View Trail Race in Hyner PA, offering 25K and 15K routes across scenic ridges and forest. Expect big climbs, tight singletrack and a challenging day for serious runners with entries limited to 500.

Climb rugged single track through streams and sweeping vistas at the Hyner View Trail Challenge, featuring a punchy 25K and a gutsy 50K with big vertical and technical terrain. Fields are limited, registration opens in May.

Sproul 10K is a scenic yet challenging trail run up McCloskey Mountain with rugged single track, stream crossings, and sweeping views. Limited to 400 runners, the race includes a technical shirt and a post race meal.

Little Loggers Trail Fest invites kids 12 and under to a free trail run in North Bend over a 2.75 mile marked course with volunteers and an aid station. Only 300 spots; finishers get recorded results and free entry to Little Pine 5 Miler.

Tackle the rugged single track of Sproul State Forest at the Hyner Half and 7K, with scenic climbs and truly challenging terrain. Limited entries, a 4.5 hour cutoff and a required qualifying time make this a fast, competitive trail event.
