Boulder Beast - Lock Haven, PA
Boulder Beast is a trail running event scheduled for September 18, 2027 in Lock Haven, PA, organized by PA Trail Dogs. The start and finish are located at the Castanea Township Fire Company picnic grounds near 859 Lower Creek Road. The site offers camping space and free parking with no reservations required.

The event enforces multiple on-course cut-off times to ensure completion in daylight and for volunteer safety. Examples include reaching the bottom of the boulder field by 11:30am and successive aid station cut-offs at specified miles; runners who miss cut-offs may be directed to the shorter course or removed from the course.
