2026 Smoketown Brewery 5k & 10k
This event on March 8 takes place at Smoketown Brewery, 100 S Maple Ave, Brunswick, MD. Points earned here count toward the Year-Long 5k, 10k and Back of the Pack Series and toward the Sippin Series. Walkers are welcome and a virtual race option is available.

Both events are run as out and back courses on a light gravel dirt path that is described as basically flat. The 10k course includes three water stations at approximately mile markers 0.6, 3.1 and 5.6. The 5k course includes two water stations at approximately mile markers 0.6 and 2.5. Gatorade will be available at some stations. Water stations are limited and participants are advised to carry their own water.
Registered runners receive a glass of beer, a finisher’s medal, a technical event shirt and chip timing. T shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed before February 25; additional shirts may be available after that date on a first come first served basis. Race day registration and packet pickup are available at the event, though shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for same day registrants.
Awards are given to the top three men and women overall and to first and second in listed age categories. The event benefits Wear blue: run to remember.
