The Smoketown Brewery 5k & 10k takes place on March 8, 2026, at Smoketown Brewery, 100 S Maple Ave, Brunswick, MD 21716. Distances offered:

The course is a light gravel dirt path that is basically flat and run as out-and-back routes. Walkers are welcome. A virtual race option is available. Points from this event count toward the Year-Long 5k, 10k, and Back of the Pack series and the Sippin Series. The event benefits the Wear Blue: Run to Remember charity. Registered participants receive a glass of beer, a finisher’s medal, a technical (Dri-Fit) event shirt, and chip timing.
Logistics and services
Water stations are limited on the route. The 10k has three stations at approximately miles 0.6, 3.1, and 5.6; the 5k has two stations at approximately miles 0.6 and 2.5. Gatorade will be available at some stations; participants are recommended to bring their own water to carry. Packet pickup is available at the event and race day registration is offered. T-shirts are guaranteed for runners registered before Feb 25; sizes cannot be guaranteed for race day registrants. Live results will be posted on Athlinks and final results with series points will be posted to the organizer’s website the Monday after the race. Awards are given to the top three men and women overall and to first and second place in the age groups 19&Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
