Event Overview
The SCD Community Fun Run offers two distances: a 5 km and a 10 km trail run. It takes place in Tomatin, Inverness, starting and finishing at The Strathdearn venue. The event supports the charity MND Scotland.
Course Details
Both courses start at the community hall. The 5 km route goes down Shop Brae, over a wooden bridge, and follows a track to a water station before returning. The 10 km route extends further to the green tin church and the Balvraid Estate, looping back via marked arrows. The profile is described as undulating and uses rural roads and hilly paths. The organizer notes the course is not suitable for wheelchairs.
