Smurf Run - North is organised by Saturn Running and takes place on 15 February 2026 at Durham Amateur Rowing Club, Green Lane, Old Elvet, Durham DH1 3JU. Entry and awards

Entry fees vary by distance, with listed amounts ranging up to £29 and some lower-priced tickets shown; a reduced member price of £17 is available only to members. Finishers of at least 3 km receive a themed medal. Distance pins are available for half-marathon and longer distances and are attached to the medal ribbon.

On-course and venue services

An aid table and drinks table are provided at the start/finish of each lap with drinks and a selection of snacks, including vegan options. All finishers receive a goody bag; a vegan goody bag option is available. Race HQ has toilets and changing facilities. A bag drop is provided near the start/finish but it is unstaffed and items are left at the participant’s own risk. Parking options include nearby free on-street parking or pay-and-display city centre parking.
