Samaritans Way Trail Run : Event overview

The Samaritans Way Trail Run takes place on Saturday 4 April 2026 at Guisborough Rugby Club, Belmangate, Guisborough TS14 7BB. The event is organised by U Prevail Events in partnership with Teesside Samaritans. Profits from the event are donated directly to the Teesside Samaritans branch. The route follows the Official Samaritans Way and the course layout has been updated from the 2025 courses. Participants can enter as a runner or walker and may take part solo or in a relay.

Included for participants are a finishers medal, an event T-shirt, food and drink at the finish, fully stocked checkpoints, marshals on the route and medical cover on course. The event holds a permit from the Association of Running Clubs (ARC). Pricing varies by affiliation and entry period, with early bird, standard and late entry rates. The first 50 unique entries will form half of the Samaritans 100 Club and receive a personal gift. Age restrictions apply as set out in the UPrevail Events Age Policy.
