Samaritans Way Trail Run

The Samaritans Way Trail Run and Walk is scheduled for Saturday 4 April 2026 at Guisborough Rugby Club, Belmangate, Guisborough TS14 7BB. The event is organised by U Prevail Events in partnership with Teesside Samaritans to mark the branch's 58th anniversary and to raise funds for its services.

Participants follow the Official Samaritans Way trail on options for running or walking. Entries can be individual or in a relay and the routes were updated from the 2025 courses.

Profits from the event are donated directly to the Teesside Samaritans branch. The organiser lists examples of how funds are used, including amounts for answering phone calls and supporting the online chat service.

The event also provides food and drink at the finish, fully stocked checkpoints, a fully marshalled route, medical cover on course and a race permit from the Association of Running Clubs.
