Sadlers Creek Stumble is a fall trail running event on October 25-26, 2025 at Sadlers Creek State Park, Lake Hartwell, Anderson, SC. The event is part of the Upstate Race Series and donations and race proceeds support the Upstate Running Club Youth Team. Multiple race distances are offered and weekend camping is available on site.

Course, camping and services
The course uses a 6.7-mile loop that runs around a peninsula extending into Lake Hartwell. Each loop is mostly trail (about 80%) with some gravel, pavement, and sand, and about 380 ft of gain per lap. The route passes through pine woods, along lakeshore trails, and near campsites.
Camping options include lakefront campsites and, when sites are full, primitive tent/car camping in an adjacent parking lot about 150 meters from the main trail head. Registration includes a finisher medal, custom bib, temporary race tattoo, event giveaways, a race sticker, a hydration sample, a collapsible hydration cup, post-race pancakes, complimentary race photos, music at the post-race area, and chip timing with lap splits and live results. Park entry fees are listed for adults, seniors, children, and young children. Awards include trophies for the top three overall (male and female) and age-group medals for first through third place.
