Conquer the Rock 25k & 50k is a trail running event on March 7, 2026 at Table Rock State Park, W. Gate Road, Pickens, SC 29671. The event includes two race distances and uses trails that reach the summits of Table Rock and Pinnacle Mountain.

- 50k : Foothills, two laps
Course and race rules
The course is steep and rocky with a listed total elevation change of 16,000 feet. Start/finish and packet pickup are at Pinnacle Pavilion. The 50k has an 11 hour time limit and a 5 hour cutoff at the 15.5 mile aid station. The 25k has an 11 hour cutoff. The main aid station and drop bag location is at mile 15. Water-only stations are at miles 6, 9, 21, and 24. The event is cup-free; runners must carry required per-loop gear of 32 oz of fluids and 500 calories. Failure to carry required gear can result in disqualification.
Registration, services, and policies
Published entry fees are $80 for the 50k and $60 for the 25k; youth pricing is $15 for ages 1–17. Prices increase after February 1, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. Registration includes a finisher medal, custom bib, reusable hydration cup, event giveaways, race photos, post-run pancakes, and chip timing with live results. Transfers and distance changes are allowed through RunSignUp. No standard refunds or deferrals are offered unless the event sells out. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
