Conquer the Rock 25k and 50k
Conquer the Rock is a trail running event at Table Rock State Park in Pickens, South Carolina, held on March 6, 2027. The event includes two distances and routes that use trails on Table Rock and Pinnacle Mountain. The course is described as steep and rocky with substantial elevation change, listed at 16,000 feet of elevation change.

Registration opens September 1, 2026. The first 100 participants receive custom race socks. Registration includes park entry for participants, a finisher medal, a custom race bib, event-themed giveaways, a race sticker, chip timing with live results, and complimentary race photos. Packet pickup and the start/finish are at Pinnacle Pavilion; packet pickup begins 90 minutes before the race.
Awards include trophies for the top three overall male and female finishers and age group medals for first through third in each age group. The event is part of the Upstate Trail Series and contributes points toward series recognition. Volunteers who complete a three-hour shift may earn a free entry to an Upstate Race Series-owned event. Cabins and camping are available at the park with a two-night minimum for cabins and multiple campground sites with hookups and showers.
