Conquer the Rock 25k & 50k - Table Rock State Park
Conquer the Rock is a trail race event scheduled for March 6, 2027, at Table Rock State Park in Pickens, South Carolina. Registration for the event opens on September 1, 2026. The event includes two distances and race-specific features.
- 25 km Bear Crawl - one loop
- 50 km Foothills - two laps
The course runs on steep, rocky mountain trails and reaches the summits of Pinnacle Mountain and Table Rock. The route lists about 16,000 feet of elevation change. Water-only aid stations are placed at two locations on the loop, and a fully stocked aid station is provided at the 15.5-mile mark for 50k participants. Chip timing with live results and complimentary race photos are provided. All finishers receive a medal; the first 100 registered participants receive custom race socks. Apparel will be available for purchase and some items may be shipped.
Logistics and rules note that packet pickup, start/finish, and parking are at Pinnacle Pavilion, and the Barn is available for gear storage during the race. Bathrooms are available at the start/finish only. Dogs and earbuds are allowed on course. Race-day registration via a mobile device is available. A race time limit is 11 hours; 50k entrants must complete the first lap within 5 hours or will be moved to the 25k.
