Course

The race distance is approximately 5 miles and runs across the National Nature Reserve. The course starts and finishes on the beach at Holkham Gap, near the boardwalk linking Lady Anne’s Drive car park and the beach. The route heads west behind the sand dunes toward Burnham Overy Staithe, crosses a dune, then runs east along the open beach for about two miles (including a shallow channel) before returning to the finish. The final route will be confirmed with the nature reserve team to avoid nesting sites and dune work. Minimum age is 16.

Registration takes place at the Lookout Café at the beach end of Lady Anne’s Drive; race numbers include a chip timing tag.
