The Wensum Way Trail takes place on Sunday, 27 September 2026 at Billingford Lakes, North Elmham Road, postcode NR20 4RG. Entry is limited to a maximum of 300 entrants. Entries close on 26/09/2026 and the minimum age is 18 years. Transfers close on 20/09/2026. All finishers receive a bespoke event medal; a "Lucky Dip" option may allow selection from previous medals. Parking is included in the race entry. The event is cupless - participants are asked to bring their own cups or bottles for refilling at the aid station.

Course and facilities

The course is a trail route that includes tarmac paths, grasslands, and rugged trails and follows the Wensum Way within the park. The base loop is an out-and-back of approximately 5.3 km. Race formats listed include:

A heavy half marathon is listed as 5 laps of the loop as standard, with the option to change to 6 or 7 laps on the day.
