Run Happy 50K (and other happy distances) is scheduled for May 2, 2026 at Potato Creek State Park Nature Center in North Liberty, Indiana. The event offers multiple race distances and is open to walkers and runners, including families running different distances at the same event. Course routes are marked and run on broken-in trails. All distances will be chip-timed by Watts My Time.

Course, registration and logistics

The course is an approximate 10k loop. Runners will complete the following: 50k participants run five loops; half marathon participants run two loops plus a short out-and-back; 10k participants run one loop. The full marathon route is listed as TBD and maps for 2026 are forthcoming.

Registration ends May 1, 2026 at 11:59pm EDT. Sign up by April 9, 2026 to receive a tee shirt. No same-day sign ups are allowed. Pets may spectate but are not permitted to run the course with participants. Event-day packet pickup is available at Potato Creek; early packet pickup time and location are to be determined.
