Runners must display their race number on the front of their running top for timing and identification.

Entries are limited to 500 and close on 20 April 2026. Entry fees start from £24.00 for affiliated runners and £25.80 for unaffiliated runners. Minimum age to enter is 17. Event day medical cover is provided and there are refreshments available.

Finishers receive a medal. Individual prizes are voucher awards for 1st to 3rd places overall, and there are veteran age group prizes (women 35+ and men 40+ in five year bands, subject to minimum numbers) and club team awards calculated under UK Athletics rules.
