Beyond Trails Newcastle

Gateshead, United Kingdom • 25 Apr 2026

Event overview

Beyond Newcastle takes place on 25 April 2026 in central Newcastle, with start and finish on the Swing Bridge at Newcastle Quayside. The event offers two organised trail running options: a longer ultra distance and a shorter trail distance. Both routes are fully waymarked, have feed stations and medical support, and provide GPX route files and chip timing. There are enforced cut-off points on the course and participants should expect mixed terrain including footpaths, parks, woodland trails, riverside paths, disused railway lines and steps. Parts of the course may be muddy depending on weather.
