Event overview

The Quarry Bank Trail 10K takes place on 19 May 2026. The race is a one-lap course of approximately 10 km within the National Trust grounds of Quarry Bank Mill, the surrounding village and Styal woods. The 2026 route is being rerouted because Giants Castle Bridge is closed. The course surface includes trail, grass, tarmac, gravel and steps and is described as undulating.

The event is licensed by the TRA and run under UKA Athletics rules. A bespoke medal is provided to all finishers. Chip timing is used and results are available immediately on Nifty Entries.
