Event Details

The 49th Annual Ponderosa Park Run is a family-friendly event sponsored by the Payette Lakes Ski Club. It offers three different distances: a 1 Mile Kids Run, a 5 Mile Run/Walk, and a 7 Mile Run/Walk. All courses feature a mixed route of paved or dirt roads and single-track trail.

Race Information

The race headquarters will be staged at the Visitor Center's Pavillion inside Ponderosa State Park. All participants must check in at race headquarters on the day of the event. Each vehicle entering Ponderosa State Park requires a $5 day pass or an Idaho State Parks parking pass.

Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each race.

Logistics

Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, June 12th, at Gravity Sports, located at 200 Jacob Street in McCall, Idaho, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Participants will receive a race bib, safety pins, a course map, and race swag. Runners who cannot attend packet pickup must check in at race headquarters at least 30 minutes before their start time.

Two aid stations will be available along the 5 Mile and 7 Mile courses, stocked with water and minimal medical supplies. Participants must check in at each station as they pass through. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
