August 2026

The Farm Life 5k Trail Run will take place in Idaho Falls on Saturday 1 August 2026. You can run 5 kilometers.

A 5K trail run through Montour Wildlife State Park in Emmett, Idaho, that follows mixed surfaces and passes the remains of a former town. The course is about 70% dirt trails and 30% asphalt with some technical sections.

Follow the path of a historic outlaw on this mostly downhill point to point race. Run through the Sawtooth National Forest on a mix of rugged jeep trails and ten miles of single track forest paths.

Part of the Palouse Road Runners summer series, the Warnick Trailhead 10k is an approximately 6.2 mile trail loop on Moscow Mountain with over 800 feet of climbing; results appear on UltraSignup.

A two day Spartan Trifecta weekend on August 8-9, 2026 at Tom Pence Ranch, featuring Sprint 5 km, Super 10 km and Beast 21 km obstacle races plus kids races, workshops and a four hour Hurricane Heat event.

A memorial 5K on August 12, 2026 at the Inkom Last Man Standing Trail, covering 3.3 miles in three loops. The evening event brings the community together to remember the honoree and support his family.

A trail event in Boise on August 22, 2026 offering 5K and 12K courses that can be run or hiked, with proceeds supporting the Bogus Basin Nordic Team and cash prizes in the 12K divisions.

The 3rd Annual LESS Society Table Rock Hike in Boise follows the Table Rock Trail for about 3.8 miles with roughly 900 feet of gain; proceeds fund scholarships for Idaho students.

September 2026

A multi-distance road and trail event in McCall, ID on September 6, 2026 with 30K, 14K and 5K courses starting and finishing at Brown Park. Bus transport to offsite starts, staffed aid stations, and awards for top finishers.

A Last Man Standing endurance event on a 4.167 mile loop in Eagle, ID that repeats hourly until only one runner remains. A separate 3 Loop Challenge awards fastest overall times and certain finishes count for the Idaho Trail Ultra Series.

A set of organized runs and a walk in Twin Falls along the Snake River Canyon on 12 September 2026, featuring a 7.5 miles rim course across Perrine Bridge and a 3.5 miles downhill half race; no pets or strollers allowed.

A trail event on September 12, 2026 around the volcanic Crater Rings near Mountain Home, Idaho. Options include a 10K loop on a jeep road or a 2.9 mile out and back to the East Crater viewpoint, with hydration stations and awards.
