The Payette Lake Run on September 6, 2026 is organized by the Payette Lakes Ski Club and takes place in McCall, Idaho. The event offers three race distances and uses Brown Park in downtown McCall as the common start and finish area. Restrooms are provided on site.
Available distances
- 30K full race around Payette Lake.
- 14K point to point beginning near North Beach.
- 5K starts near Little Lake on Lick Creek Road.
Packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 4 to 6 pm at Gravity Sports, located at 200 Jacob St, McCall. Early bird registration discounts apply through August 1, 2026. Registration closes on Friday, September 4, 2026.
Bus transportation is provided from Brown Park to the official start locations for the 14K and the 5K; buses load at the entrance to Brown Park and drop runners at the designated offsite start areas. Aid stations are staffed by volunteers and local youth, with eight stations on the 30K, three on the 14K, and one on the 5K.
Results will be posted within 48 hours of race completion. Awards will recognize the top three male and top three female overall finishers in each race and prizes are organized by age group.
