Sasquatch Shuffle

Event overview

The Sasquatch Shuffle is an annual trail-running event in McCall, Idaho, scheduled for October 10, 2026. The 2026 edition is the eighth running of the event. The in-person event takes place on that date, and there is a separate registration option for a virtual entry in 2026. Organizers describe the event as a fundraiser for Ponderosa State Park trails.

Runners complete repeats of the Sasquatch loop, which is 6.79 miles long. Organizers provide a participation item to every entrant. Prizes are sourced from businesses in the McCall area.

Charity, registration and rules

All proceeds and registration fees that do not cover permitting, aid, and prizes go to trail work, trail education, and trail advocacy via Endless Trails and Friends of Ponderosa, a Northwest 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Cash and check donations are accepted on event day, and registrants may add a donation during registration. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
