The Sasquatch Shuffle is an annual trail running event in McCall, Idaho. The 2026 edition is the eighth running and is scheduled as an in-person event on October 10, with a separate virtual registration option offered for 2026.

The course is based on a 6.79-mile Sasquatch loop that forms the primary route for the event; race distances are structured around laps of this loop. Organizers are McCall locals who founded the trail-focused non-profit Endless Trails in 2013 and who contribute volunteer trail work in Ponderosa State Park.

All registration fees and proceeds support trail work and trail advocacy for Ponderosa State Park through Friends of Ponderosa and Endless Trails, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Event-day donations in cash or check are accepted and additional donations may be made at registration. Registrations for the event close on October 7, 2026.

Trail runs nearby

A 50K point to point run along the Weiser River Trail from Council to Midvale, with a 50K relay for teams of 2 to 5. The converted railroad bed features stony ballast, dirt and some paved crossings with minimal elevation change.

IMTUF 100 is a mountain ultra near McCall, Idaho offering 100 mile and 20 mile courses from Jug Mountain Ranch. The event is a Hardrock 100 and Western States 100 qualifier and follows the same routes used in past years.
